Metro-INET is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of one Director and an Alternate from each participating member organization. The officers of the Board include a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and two Officers at Large. The Board of Directors is required to meet at least four times a year and are charged with establishing and collecting membership dues and establishing the annual budget. The Board elects an executive committee that may advise or act on behalf of the Board.
